I’m Julie

With a background in Business Management and having worked across many sectors, including retail, e-commerce, media, publishing, call centres and more, I now bring my skills and experience to help support other business owners.

I thrive on delivering results and am passionate about seeing the clients I work with reach their goals and find success. Whether I’m collaborating with others on a strategic project or supporting the team with keeping on top of the admin, I always give 100%. I bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to everything I do and am willing to get involved with any task – no job is too big or too small!

I have a genuine interest in people, taking my time to build strong relationships that last. And with a big focus on delivering exceptional customer service, it’s important to me that I get to know you, your business, and your customers, so I can look after them as I would my own.

As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges that arise when you’re trying to grow a business. Having more time, reducing stress and being able to focus on developing new products and services, knowing that the daily tasks are covered are some of the biggest pressures today.

And that’s why I decided to create Business Deva – it was my chance to support other business owners, using my skills in problem-solving and thinking strategically, to ensure they can continue doing the work they love without the overwhelm taking over.

I love being able to create more freedom for other business owners and help them introduce processes that improve efficiency and boost productivity.

Freedom is something I’m a big advocate of, and when I’m not busy supporting my clients you’ll find me enjoying my own leisure time. As a self-confessed people person, I’ll likely be organising the next social event with family and friends – I love the chance to catch some live music, spend a day at the races or simply enjoy an adventure out with my Cockapoo. I’m also passionate about fundraising and hold a number of charities close to my heart.
